RallyHub - Terms and Conditions Last updated: 19 April 2026 Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before creating an account or using the RallyHub platform. By registering, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. About RallyHub RallyHub is an online tennis social platform that enables players to connect, arrange matches, record results, and manage friendships. The platform is operated from Australia and is governed by Australian law. 2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, you must not register or use the platform. 3. Account Registration and Security Registration on RallyHub may require a valid invite link issued by an administrator. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must not share your account, allow others to access it, or create accounts on behalf of other people. Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. 4. Acceptable Use You agree to use RallyHub only for lawful purposes. You must not: post content that is offensive, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful; impersonate any person or entity; upload malware or attempt to interfere with platform security; scrape or systematically extract data from the platform; use the platform for commercial activities without prior written consent; violate any applicable Australian or international law. 5. User Content You retain ownership of any content you submit to RallyHub (including match results, messages, and profile information). By submitting content, you grant RallyHub a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and use that content within the platform for the purpose of operating the Service. We do not sell your content to third parties. 6. Privacy and Personal Information We collect and handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. We collect information you provide during registration and use of the platform (such as your name, email address, and match activity) to operate and improve the Service. We will not sell your personal information to third parties. Contact us via the Contact page if you wish to access, correct, or delete your personal information. 7. Private Messages Messages sent through RallyHub are stored encrypted at rest. While we take reasonable steps to protect your communications, RallyHub is not an end-to-end encrypted service. Platform administrators with server access can access message content in the ordinary course of platform operations. Do not send sensitive personal or financial information via the messaging feature. 8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, RallyHub excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data or service interruptions. Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or guarantee you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other non-excludable legislation. 9. Intellectual Property All platform branding, design, software, and original content created by RallyHub is owned by or licensed to us. You must not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written permission. 10. Suspension and Termination We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if your account has been inactive for an extended period, or if we discontinue the Service. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us. On termination, your data may be retained for a period required by applicable law before being deleted. 11. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered users by email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the changes. 12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of RallyHub will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
