Two brothers, one project

RallyHub is built by two brothers in Melbourne who both play recreational tennis in Australia.

• One leads product, design, and the day-to-day feel of the app. If something on the page looks wrong, that is on him.
• The other leads engineering, security, and infrastructure. He owns the server, the database, and every piece of glue that holds the platform together.

We trade off, push back on each other, and ship every change ourselves. That is the whole team. There is no investor deck behind RallyHub, no growth team, no marketing budget. Just two people who care about making something good.

Why we built RallyHub

Australian social tennis is everywhere (Facebook groups, group chats, paper sign-up sheets in clubhouses) but nothing pulls it together. Finding a hitting partner at your level often takes a string of messages across three apps and a club WhatsApp group. Recording a match score happens on a phone notes app, then gets lost. Tracking who you have played and how many times is impossible.

RallyHub is the answer to a simple question: what would the right tool look like for people who play social tennis as a real part of their life? Find an opponent at your level, arrange the hit, record the score, see your stats, and never lose your tennis history again.

Built in Australia, for Australia

• Hosted in Sydney. Our servers run on a dedicated Vultr VPS in Sydney, Australia. Your data does not leave the country.
• Aussie-first defaults. All pricing is in AUD. State and suburb fields use Australian formats. The clubs database covers all eight states and territories.
• Australian Privacy Act 1988. We follow the APPs and keep our privacy policy in plain English. No tracking pixels for ad targeting.
• Independently owned. RallyHub is built and run by the two-brother team, not a startup studio.

Why invite-only

RallyHub is in beta and we keep it invite-only on purpose. Two reasons:

• Quality of community. Invites come from people you already know, so the network grows by trust rather than by volume.
• Honest signal. Every new player is a real player. We are not chasing a vanity user count.

How RallyHub is built

• Encrypted messages. Private message bodies are encrypted at rest with AES-256 (Laravel's encrypted cast, backed by the application key).
• Two-factor authentication. 2FA is available on every account and can be required by club admins.
• No password storage in plain text. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt.
• HTTPS only. Every connection to RallyHub is TLS 1.2 or 1.3. HSTS is enforced.
• GPS data expires. Location sharing for hits and matches auto-purges after two hours.
• Match disputes. When two players disagree on a score, a real human reviews both accounts and resolves it.

What we are not

RallyHub is not a coaching platform, a tournament organiser, a betting service, or a court booking system. It is a player-to-player social layer for tennis. We pick the things we are best placed to build and leave the rest to people who already do it well.
