Terms of Service

1. The service

RallyHub is a social tennis platform for recreational players in Australia. It lets you find opponents, arrange hit sessions, record match scores, earn XP, and manage a club. Access is invite-only and currently in beta. Features and pricing may change during the beta period.

2. Your account

• You must be 13 years or older to use RallyHub
• Your account is personal and non-transferable
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• You must provide accurate information when setting up your profile
• One account per person. Creating duplicate or fake accounts is not permitted

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
• Post false match results or manipulate leaderboard rankings
• Share your account credentials or invite codes with people you do not personally know
• Use RallyHub for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform
• Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates another person's privacy

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

4. Content you post

You retain ownership of content you post (profile photos, messages, shoutouts). By posting you grant RallyHub a limited, non-exclusive licence to display that content to other users as part of the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it outside the platform without your consent.

5. Subscriptions and billing

• The Free tier is available at no cost and has no expiry
• Starter ($4.99/month) and Pro ($9.99/month) are billed monthly via Stripe
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable
• Refunds are handled case-by-case. Contact us if you have a billing issue

6. Match disputes

When a match is disputed, a RallyHub admin reviews both players' accounts and resolves the outcome. Admin decisions are final within the platform. RallyHub is not responsible for outcomes outside the app (e.g. physical disputes on court).

7. Our intellectual property

The RallyHub name, logo, design system, and all platform software are owned by RallyHub's founders. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

RallyHub is provided "as is" during its beta period. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by Australian law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the month in which the issue arose. We are not liable for injuries, losses, or disputes arising from tennis matches arranged through the platform.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
