Meet Deuce: The Official RallyHub Mascot
RallyHub has a face now, and his name is Deuce. A tennis-ball character who turns up across the app dressed for the moment: coaching new players, filling empty screens, celebrating your level-ups, and powering Courtside reactions.

Every good place has a face. RallyHub now has one too, and his name is Deuce. He is our official mascot, a little tennis-ball character who turns up all over the app, dressed for whatever you happen to be doing. Lost? Deuce is on the error page. Just levelled up? Deuce throws a small party. New here? Deuce is the one showing you around. Here is the friendliest member of the team.
Who is Deuce
Deuce is a tennis ball with personality: expressive, a bit cheeky, and always on theme. The idea is simple. Instead of cold, blank screens and faceless system messages, you get a character who reacts to the moment. Deuce is the same character everywhere, but he is dressed for the surface he shows up on, so he always feels like he belongs to whatever you are looking at.
Dressed for the moment
The fun is in the costumes. Deuce shows up across the app wearing whatever fits the situation:
- He greets new players as a coach during sign-up and walks you through setting up your profile.
- He fills empty screens, the friends list before you have added anyone, a collection with no cards yet, so a blank page feels like an invitation instead of a dead end.
- He turns up on the error pages, so a 404 or a hiccup gets a friendly face instead of a wall of text.
- He catches fire (literally, costume-wise) when you are on a streak, and nudges you to keep it alive.
- And when you cross a new level, he throws a little celebration to mark it.
You can meet the whole cast of Deuces on the showcase page, which lays out his different looks in one place.
Deuce reactions on Courtside
Deuce is not just decoration, he is also how you react to your friends. On Courtside, our friends-only feed, reactions are a set of ten Deuce expressions: Stoked, Love it, LOL, Clutch, GG, Champ, Oof, Whoa, Fired Up, and Cheers. You pick one from a quick grid, Deuce does a little spin as it lands, and you get one reaction per post, so it stays a genuine response rather than a pile of spammed emoji. One feed, one character, ten ways to say what you think of your mate's match.
Why we built him
Software feels better with a bit of warmth in it. A platform about a social, human game should not feel like a spreadsheet, and a mascot is the cheapest, friendliest way to put a smile into the corners of the app: the empty states, the error pages, the small wins. Deuce gives RallyHub a personality you can point at, and he makes the moments that are usually boring or annoying, a blank page, a mistake, a loading spinner, feel a little more like fun.
Where to find him
Meet all of his looks at /deuce, then head to Courtside to react to a friend's post and watch him spin. He is already scattered across the app, so keep an eye out: you never quite know which Deuce you are going to get.
